My cousin Alkee celebrated his graduation in the Margarita Hotel in Hotel Supreme. (bongga!) Well, actually I have this feeling that if I graduated the same year with him maybe just maybe I was going to be a part of it, the celebration I mean.  And I would have my circle of friends also with me.

For the past few weeks my life was so hectic that I even forgot it was summer. I knew it was summer but I forgot that summertime meant vacation! Well, cause you know my days were busy for the past weeks, I'd go to summer school, then workshop in UP and then I have to go to church for practice!!!!!!!!

WAH!!!!!! But you know what? I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! I really do! I love being busy! I love having things to do!

Still, ofcourse there were times when I wanted a vacation, a time where I can just relax and all that. But my goal this summer is to do a lot, to learn a lot of things and to have a great experience!

I didn't want to just stay at home and eat, sleep, watch, surf and all those things.

I wanted to feel fulfilled at the end of every day i live in knowing that I actually did something.

But now, I kinda feel lazy. So I'm just relaxing now by blogging, surfing and chatting. I'll just probably do my H.W later since I know that there will still be Homeworks waiting for me.

As I was scanning through my drafts, I was surprised that I never posted this. ITs been a while since the time that this was suppose to be posted. But oh well, anywayz, here goes. Pretend that it was APril 27, 2008. A month ago.

Tomorrow is the day. When were going to get up on stage to lead the people into worship.

Well, it is all our first time except for Ian. And I know, we were all nervous. It is my first time to play the keyboard in church in an actual Sunday Service. I've played for our teens and singles fellowship and our prayer meeting. But it's nothing compared to the Sunday Service tomorrow. Hay... I'm kinda feeling conscious about playing in church tomorrow. I know that whatever spirit I have in my heart it will affect the worship. But I know that I'm prepared for tomorrow and hopefully there will be no mistakes or comedy of errors tomorrow. hahahaha.... God will help us ofcourse.

IT was FINISHED!!!!! YOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahaha.....

We did it!!! Well, my parents and I arrived early since Tito Bonny told us, to arrive early. DUH! WORSHIP TEAM! So we were early. I wasn't really nervous then and I felt fine. David greeted us when we came inside since there were only three people in church that time. David, the PK of the church, came in early to open the doors of the church.

After at least 15 minutes, most of the worship team came already and when Tito Bonny came we all prayed inside the Nursery Room and after that we were on!

I wasn't really alert that we had to start already. hahahaha... Yes it was 9am but it didn't hit me yet that, "HELLO! WERE GOING TO START!"

So I kinda stumbled up the stage and sat on my seat and Ate Danna (the SOng LEader) greeted the congregation (which were still few by the way. LATE COMERS!).

Then after her opening prayer and greetings (that had a few laughs hehehehe) she signalled the first song!

As the keyboardist, you always begin the intro so then I did. And that was the time I felt nervous! hahahaha.....

Well, the first song was okay but during the second song, I didn't know but I guessed I memorised the chords that I just kept playing then I realize that I wasn't looking at the piece anymore! Which got me nervous since I didn't know where I was. But I found it just the same.

Everything went fine, not until the free worship. Tito Bonny, gave us a list of chords to play during the free worship. So I decided to play the Gsus, G, Dsus, D and C pattern after the G-C ending of the last song.

IT TURNED OUT TO BE A BAD IDEA!!!!!!!!!!! WAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!

While I was playing, something was wrong. So Tito Bonny approached me and brought back the chords to G-C. Esther just smiled at me at my mistake hehehehehe... Cause she was in Rhythm guitar. The guitarists follow the keyboardists.

In which my Mom told me later in the car, "NEVER EVER CHANGE YOUR CHORDS IN YOUR FREE WORSHIP!"

Well, it was okay so after the free worship we sang another song and then, Ate Danna then decided to go for a break in which she said, "Lets take this time to minister to one another."

So I got up from my seat and then shook Ate Danna's hand for doing a great job and then I went to Esther and gave her a hi-5! hehehhe... I also shook hands with all the first timers well including Ian. hahahaha....

I FELT FULFILLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so happy! ! ! When our PAstor (Esther's father) approached Esther and I and shook our hands, I can only say, "WOHOO!!!!!!! WHOA!" I didn't know but its like me and Esther felt this great feeling inside of us at that time!!!!!
Our PAstor laughed and cheered along. WELL TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THe praise and worship was all due to HIM!

My friends and I went to John Hay April 16 Wedenesday, not everyone from our group was able to go cause of their own commitments. So it was only, I, Alyssa, Jacky, Johanna, Justin and Jairo(quadraple J) that went.

We ate our lunch first and then played billards. hahaha.... Alyssa kept shooting the billiard balls into the whole but unfortunately when she shoots it the white ball goes in too. (sayang)

I shot some balls too so did everyone. Johanna loved playing billiards. She became addicted to it.

After an hour of playing we decided to go and ride the bump cars. We kept laughing and shouting during the whole drive and posed for pictures when Jairo would take one. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!! (I've done bump cars before for a lot of times but never with my school friends.)

Then everyone wanted another drive so we went and enjoyed it again.

After that we went to the Ice Cream Shop and bought our own cones.

We sat down and licked our delicious cones while talking to each other.

After we finished eating we got up and walked around John Hay, (passing by JOhn Hay everyday when I go to school is so much different when you walk through it)we tried to find the Eco Trail but gave up on it since it just finished raining and it was muddy.

I was so tired of walking around John Hay! But it was fun since I had my friends with me. It looked like none of us wanted to go home yet, so we decided to go to the Botanical Gardens (my first time to go there). We went there and viewed the flowers and posed for more pictures.

Justin and Jairo posed scandalous photos of them in the bridge being lovers! Yuck!!! Meron kayang nakakita?????

Oh well, after that I had to say goodbye since I had practice for our presentation in Church.

That was the end of my day with my friends....

Wow. Who would ever thought that I could make it. I never really thought my piece, "Little Bolero" could actually place! Cause I wasn't really completely prepared. My timing wasn't perfect yet. I needed to work on it. I have no idea why I changed the tempo two days before the recital. I think I had too much practice in making the piece very fast. Well, it was allegro wasn't it? Good thing my teacher was there to help me out. You see three weeks before the recital my teacher was changed because my old teacher had to review for her nursing board exam.
Well in that three weeks we only had one lesson with my new teacher. She was sick the first week and then the second week was our lesson and then the third well she was busy. That was the time when my teacher took over and heard me play my piece. WAH! What happened! She was kinda of surprised why my tempo was changed and all that. I was going too fast and didn't pause at the right notes. I had only two days to practice it! So I did.

Well, I really thought I was going flunk. Then it was the recital, I played. Boy, my hands felt new on the piano! It's like my fingers weren't ready to play it. My fingers were like weak. The first part's tempo wasn't really the right sound. But then the time when I had to go back to that part, I played it the right way. There was a time when I pressed the wrong note on the piano.It was BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My performance that day haunted me the whole day even the next day actually. SURPRISINGLY, while I was in church, I received a phone call from an unknown number, when I answered it the caller said,
"Shannah this is Teacher Kristine. Punta ka dito sa CAP you have an award."
I was like WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"Huh, sure po kayo?"
"Oo naman no. Be here mga 1pm ha, congrats""Sige po tnx po bye bye."I WAS SO SPEECHLESS! IT was like WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't expect that! I really didn't. It was like, are they sure??????Esther and I were the ones that went to CAP my parents had their Married fellowship so they couldn't go with me.AFTER A VERY LOOONG WAIT. Then it was there, I WAS SO NERVOUS! 4th place goes to... it wasn't me
3rd place goes to... surprisingly it wasn't me well obviously, I wasn't first so I knew that I was 2nd. And 2nd I was.
2nd place goes to Shannah Fiasitao! Yehey!WhahahaI really thought my parents were going to pick me up but no I had to walk going to church wearing a skirt, heels and the trophy in my hand. On the way to church Esther helped me carry it anyway.

Yesterday after graduation, I went to the Internet and found out that Johanna and Justin were online. I chatted with Johanna and Justin at the same time but different windows. Not until I started dreaming....Johanna and I were discussing our future plans in life. And I said that my dream was to build the second 6 star hotel in the world.
My Hotel would be a joint business with Jacky whose going to be my co-manager. (NO MORE COMPLAINS)
Johanna would be my architect on the project. While Jonna will be my interior designer.Johanna said that I'd have to have big budget so that she could do everything she wanted with my hotel. Minutes later, I, Justin and Johanna were on a conference discussing my future hotel.
Well, Justin would be incharge of the technology in my Hotel. Like automatic comfort rooms, doors and all that. Everything in my hotel will be automatic and all under the hands of Justin. Johanna on the other hand will be the architect on the project, I explained that I wanted my hotel's architecture to be multi-cultural. Justin said he wanted it modern. (like I said it's going to be old) I meant a modernized multi-cultural hotel.

Marga, will be in charge of the menu in my hotel. Justin said that he'll be the one to take good care of that. ahahaha

Alyssa, will be my publicist. She wants to be a journalist one day so she's going to write about my hotel in her magazine.

Cedes, hahaha head maid! hahaha... were so mean! But hey, everyone one needs someone in charge of the automatic cleaning department in my hotel.

Isaiah, on the legal side will handle the hotel's papers. (This was suppose to be teacher amleth but then I realized, she would be busy running the country that time)

Victor este Nathaniel, according to Justin he will be the DJ in the radio of my hotel.

Jairo, there was a big pause on what Jairo will do but then I thought he'll have his exhibits on my hotel.
Nirel, she'll put up a museum in my hotel consisting of old artifacts and hidden treasures she found.
Cathy, I said she's going to be my dentist for my hotel but Johanna said she'll be the sports model for the hotel. So she may be the head sports president in my hotel's club. ahaha
Marcel, she's going to be my accountant and treasurer.
mmm.... then we discussed that there would be wine bars in every corner (Johanna said that) that's where Jommel's going to be. Justin volunteered to have his own daycare center in my hotel. It will be called, Justin's Daycare Center.hahahaha

And when it is built, I have to say goodbye to Johanna and Jonna since their jobs have ended.

Then after a few days Alyssa and I talked about the Korean Branch in Korea. More about that soon.

Next year their gone. Next year we'll be few. Next year it would be hard for us to accept that things won't be same again. During their graduation, it was just a normal day for me.

I knew that that day was a start of a new change but it didn't really quite hit me. Even though I gave them hugs saying, "I'll miss you so much! Congratulations!" It wasn't in my mind yet not until I went home and logged into the computer and viewed our photos I just shot.

Then it all started coming to me, this is it. That's the time I realized they won't take the journey with us next year. We were on our own now. They were ahead and finished. While we have another lap to run. Yes they may visit the school and all that.

But the fact of them not being is just so different. It was hard. Most of the graduates are special to me. Most of them played something in my life that I will never forget. Each of them is different in a special way. I shall miss them so. But we all have to move on, don't we?

Next year is our time. Our last year in GBA. Time flies really fast and I couldn't just stop it or even pause it for a while in order to feel it. Sometimes, I wish I could just be stuck in a time warp or something where a moment can just be played over and over again. But we really all have to move on. We have to take each day as it comes and live it for the Lord. To all graduates this year 2007-2008! Live your life for God! Live it to the fullest!

I used to write my blog postings in friendster. dinergirl808.blogs.friendster.com.girl on the move/
But now I shifted to blogspot since I know I could know more people through blogging. I love blogging and hopefully I can make it my newly habit now that I'm on blogspot. I did plan to copy paste my old postings in friendster but I changed my mind since I wanted this blog to coverage only 2008 and the future.
That's why moving on is more of my theme.
I can already see the next postings here in my blog, recitals, summer vacations, graduation, nsc and more....
I do plan to do more in writing since that's what I love doing. Hopefully you guys enjoy my blog.
